      Not a long term option - despite what they'll tell you.

      Pros

      Should be a great company full of great people however spoiled by a culture of aggression which percolates from the top heavy Senior Management, hence burnout and high turnover of staff. Complete commercial mindset.

      Cons

      Very stressful at times, projects on ridiculous deadlines with little internal praise. Work / Life balance is not as it should be, expect to work long hours, nights and weekends. Not good for family life. Great for experience but not a long term option. Better opportunities out there.
