You'll get a paycheck. Leadership team is actually pretty strong, however turns over frequently.

Cons

CEO/Owner Dave Schmitt will threaten your job in meetings for minor errors. He will tell you do something in one meeting then chew you out for following directions because he didn't remember what he told you and then changed his mind. Manufacturing suffers due to poor culture's trickle down impact from bad ownership. Leadership outside of owner is actually pretty good, however are challenged to an angry bad tempered owner.

The pay scale isn't bad. Your co-workers want the best for the company. The line of products and service could be a winner if managed properly.

Cons

Worst place I've ever worked. Look at the job offerings on the website. These aren't growth opportunities. These are replacement positions for people who left. And they didn't last long either. The positions are all top level (management, presidency, sales, controllers)?????. What happens when you continually change top level management? Continually changing rules, standards, expectations, chaos. This place is a mess. The clients know there is a problem with this company and respond with poor Customer Service Satisfaction Surveys. And its your responsibility to grow the business. Good luck with that. Avoid the company unless you really need the money. If you have a choice to go somewhere else...do so. You're going to be the next job opening in a very short time. All the best......
