      Good people, but poor leadership

      Cons

      -Used to be a reputable firm with good leaders, but that has been fading in recent years. -Good performers get awarded with more work, while no consequences for poor performers. -Leadership is hesistant to invest in people/technology/improved processes -New office location is in a horrible location

      Pros

      Relaxed atmosphere, bi-weekly half-day Fridays in the summer, new associates rotate through different groups for learning opportunities, promotion opportunities as they try to hold on to people wanting to leave after few years.

      Cons

      The firm is un-known, doesn't help with your career prospects in the future. Terrible location, in the middle of nowhere. Benefits are mediocre. Business operations need to step into 21st century. The firm is not growing. It seems that the only people who are working here long term are those for whom the firm is geographically located close to home.

      There are great people in the firm. Great place for recent grads to start as you get to learn a lot.

      Cons

      Long hours, but that's normal for the industry. Partners are always fighting with closed door meetings. Tried too hard to win best places to work awards.
