    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Arriva Trains full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Free travel on Arriva group trains. 28 days holiday per annum. Variety of work - no two days the same. Commission to help boost basic wage if you put the effort in.

    Cons

Unsociable hours. Not greatest basic pay. Not much support from management who nit pick over stupid things. Minimal development opportunities to become guard or driver.

    Advice to Management

Support your staff. Good staff are leaving because of the lack of support in career development. Let your staff do the work and trust them. They are capable of more than you let them do.
