      VERY low pay (way below market average) Very poor commission structure Don't consult anyone internally about wider plans to the business that may affect staff

      Thank you for your review, im sorry to read you have had a bad experince. Over the past 12 months we have been focussing a lot of time and effort on creating a high perfomrnce culture within a muture working enviornemnt. This has included market leading commission shceme and flexi work.

      Install good discipline to start your career especially good for Grads Great Incentives Good People Support the IT community by sponsoring and running events

      Cons

      Lack of flexibility which stunts any out of the box thinking Playground environment at times New ideas or divisions not really supported

      Good relationships with existing clients, looks to organically grow within so opportunity to expand. Recent reorganisation which has helped and hindered others. Not a boiler room hire & fire environment Tech focused agency which mirrors their clients Business casual attire & dress down fridays, Tools down once the company hits target Usual lunch clubs, competitive commission structure Ping pong table Centrally located

      Going through a growth spurt and has the pains of needing consultants however a better mix of more senior consultants is definitely in need to help expansion plans

      Thank you for your review, creating the right culture with a balance of mature working environment vs commercial acumen is a continuous process. We hope to have found the right balance and have recently introduced flexi time as part of our environment. We acknowledge there has been challenges associated with our growth plans and hope to have addressed a number of them in the recent months. Organic growth and a clear 5 year strategy being fundamental to our success.
