    Pros

    Nice facilities, business park, voluntering for nominated charities.

    Cons

    Manager and his manager dismissed. Two other staff leave due to personal reasons (they were worked out no doubt). Awful training provided by a delusional young woman who thought she was management material. Clique atmosphere. Says it all really.

    Cons

    Managers employed on personal friendships, absolute incompetent.Offering Benefits you have to pay for!

    Pros

    There are some lovely people who work there.

    Cons

    Poor pay, poor bonus scheme's unless you are high up, it's all about who you know so undeserving people get jobs over qualified people, account management is a joke, managers and HR will bully staff with no fall out. There is also such a right between each department.
