    I have been working at Ashurst full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Friendly, welcoming office. Staff welfare is the top priority within the firm and we are treated very well. Lots of opportunities to progress within the firm with hard work. Competitive salary and great staff benefits and rewards. Very flexible working as long as the work is being done. Hard work is very appreciated by management and rewarded. Overall a great place to work!

    Cons

    The technology could be better - but this is being improved within the firm soon!

    The teams I work with are really good and enthusiastic. Total commitment to doing a good job. Also a real desire to improve our services within the firm. Flexible working practices and remuneration seems pretty good.

    Pressure to deliver results into the firm. Keeps you focused but is stressful at times
