In this company their is lot you can explore and learn from different people. get opportunity to interact with top management. Its growing company in Pulp & Paper industry

Cons

From day one you need to be ready with you Resume to apply with other company because there is no job security You can get fired anytime without any prior notice and policies keep changing And you salary is been deducted for not achieving target every month, so i would suggest to negotiate keeping in mind that your 10-15% salary is going to be deducted. Unreasonable targets which can't to achieved in any case

Low pay and treatment of highly talented employees is terrible. Low morale and that has caused APP to close Atlanta and reduce Anaheim to a small division. Horrible family management.

- Good salary - Work life balance, 8-5 - Friendly environment with the same or lower tier level - Excellent future with company expansion - Very diverse company - Have innovative product in sustainability

Cons

- Terrible top management, using threat to boost morale - Will penalized people, and will get penalty/salary cut even it's not your fault - Production centric, will do the best to reject complain and claim - Top down management, budgeted target will change if achieved - Terrible culture, the company culture even have "your only value is the value for the company"
