Compensation and Hiring Practices
Asia Recruit adheres to Malaysia’s standard salary benchmarks and offers competitive compensation packages that include both a basic salary and sales commissions. We hire individuals across various experience levels—not only fresh graduates—and ensure fair and transparent remuneration for all employees.
Company Activities
Participation in office events and celebrations—such as Hari Raya, Christmas, Deepavali, Hari Merdeka, and others—is entirely voluntary. These initiatives are organized to promote inclusiveness and a stronger sense of community within the team.
Diversity and Inclusion

We do not engage in micromanagement. Employees are simply required to report key performance indicators, such as the number of calls made and resumes sent—standard procedures used across the industry to maintain accountability and support operational efficiency.
