Pros

Work and life balance was good

Cons

Micromanaging supervisors, not enough pay for the amount of work and stress put on by supervisors for meeting metrics. Even when you’re exceeding metrics they still try to place unreachable goals and then constantly question why you’re not meeting when you’re still above average. Not a lot of room for growth, always dangling a “promotion” in front of you but never actually go through with it. The annual merit “raises” of 50 cents are insulting and laughable. They think an end of year $1k bonus makes up for being underpaid.

Pros

Remote work Good benefits and overtime opportunitites

Cons

There is no room for growth You can work and work and work and at the end, there will be no benefits as the workload is very high and unmanageable. They expect a lot from you but overlook what you are already doing for the company.
