I worked at Aspire full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fantastic training and development, even during the interview process they really helped me improve as a recruiter. Not only that but the people genuinely want to help you do well, very collaborative culture and support structures in place.

    Cons

Commission structure is not the best

Thanks for the review. I am sure our commission structure may not be the best as I don't know what the best is. What we do have as you will know is a reconciliation so your minimum take is 30% rising ... More

I have been working at Aspire full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The company offers a great and structured training program for graduates and experienced consultants. The environment is non-corporate and friendly. Good Benefits and flexible hours.

    Cons

The KPI's are strict and the management style is micromanagement, however the managers are always willing to help you to achieve your goals.

    Advice to Management

    Keep investing on your workforce!

I have been working at Aspire full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits, excellent training and management, overall very supportive of staff

    Cons

Can be a little too KPI driven at times with people focusing more on activity rather than quality of output.

    Advice to Management

Really listen to people's motivations/interests to ensure you are placing them in the right team and give more opportunities to move into other specialisms.
