Pros

has good benefits and the people we worked with are great.

Cons

The company has done 3 RIFs this year and one yesterday. Leaderships communication is terrible. They are heartless. All they care about is profitability and not the employees. If you work at Aspire, you might be fine for now until there’s another RIF.

Pros

Many good people at Aspire. Mostly junior people that need guidance from the parent company so people are learning. Most want to work with you and collaborate. Most managers are good and willing to collaborate.

Cons

Some managers have the "my way or highway" approach (even when they have less experience than the employee), which has not translated into revenue for certain products. Try to work for the parent company of Service Titan, not the acquired company in Aspire. Aspire has poor marketing and poor marketing and product marketing leadership.
