Pros
- The people are the best in the business & very knowledgable - Fantastic training - You can start off as a grad and move upwards through the business if you put in the effort and the time - Great atmosphere - Encouraged to work agile, and to leave on time - if you're not able to leave on time, there's a resource issue. I've only had to work late a handful of times over my career here - Free food, massages, breakfast, snacks, coffee, etc
Cons
- Pay is below average, despite all the benefits - No visibility from the CEO or really higher management, we only get updates on how the business is doing very rarely - No-one takes ownership of the office space itself. Decor is rubbish (apart from downstairs) and it's not an inspiring place to work. Walls are plain, etc. Wouldn't take much to make it a more creative space, but there's no-one to talk to about this

Pros
Decent perks such as free food throughout the day at a good quality. Other perks were periodically cut while I was there coz they wanted to prioritise company growth. Nice social vibe. Decent office location. Decent training for juniors.
Cons
When I started, this was a decent place to work. But then they went on a growth spree and the place turned into a corporate hell hole. Perks were cut in order to save money and promote growth. Social aspect of company completely lost. Massages were cut, beers on a Friday were cut. The recreation room was turned into a client meeting room. The office became insanely overcrowded with people crammed basically back to back. Even with the recreation room and conference rooms used as breakout work spaces, there just wasn't enough room. Battery farm springs to mind. Upper management are a joke, arrogant and cliquey. They're only there because they outlasted everyone else, not because they're actually any use. Promotion across the agency is based solely on how chummy you are with management so start sucking up early if you want to get anywhere. Turnover of staff at lower levels is really high. Senior analysts and team leads NEED proper management training. They're not respected by or trusting of anyone they manage. This caused massive rifts within teams and sometimes outward conflict. Culture of blame, finger pointing and gossip. Work life balance became a real issue. The agency over promise in order to win clients and it's the juniors who pay the price in terms of their work hours. Pay too low.

Pros
- Good client roster with some big brands on there - Great place to start and grow (for a bit) as a grad/newbie into digital as there is a lot of training available. The agency knows what works and how to teach it well, hence why it looks good on your CV - Regular socials, when I worked there these were quarterly - Decent employee perks - free food and drinks (offset the poor pay somewhat) - Rarely had to work late
Cons
- Salary as a new starter is poor and below industry average. Although the benefits outweigh this slightly (and minimise some outgoings), it would be very hard to live in London (with no help) on the salary. I find it odd that it was compulsory to donate to the FPMX charity to take part in socials when the company couldn't even pay grads the London living wage. - HR have no backbone and will bend over backwards to protect management, even when they've stepped completely out of line. There are some interesting characters (see bullying reviews) who will always be protected by HR because they're part of their clique and HR don't want to stick their necks out. - Senior management and client services are completely out of touch with the teams and will overpromise when there is little/no resource or don't understand what is being asked of them by clients. - There is no support for more junior management. You can be given a grad to manage within your first year but are not given any guidance. Apart from those who are a natural at management, there are a lot of poor people managers within the company due to this. - Apart from your first promotion after 6 months, all promotions afterwards are down to whether you're 'in' with senior management. Senior management will move goal posts to promotion further and further away to stall it. I saw many people held back who shouldn't have been (and left as a result) but also people who were not ready to be promoted but were because they played Fifa with senior managers.

Pros
Amazing work life balance - staying late is discouraged especially within certain teams. 24 days holiday as standard with the option to buy up to 6 more. 4pm finishes on Friday, extremely flexible attitude towards sick days. Free food. Nice people. Excellent partnership with Sanctus.
Cons
HR out of touch with the rest of the office. Management potentially too flexible towards sick days meaning some people have to work extra hard to carry the weight of those constantly OOO...

Pros
A young and friendly atmosphere. Lots of perks: free food everyday (breakfast, lunch and snack), yoga classes and HIIT classes. Encourage to have a good life/work balance (leaving at 5.30pm) and flexibility for work hours
Cons
The salary is not high enough. When you work at Locaria - the international division - it can be difficult to get a promotion to a management level because there are few spots available.
