Its a good learning ground for some starters who would want to learn and not get compartmentalized into a role.
Cons
Do not expect any compensation. Even if you expect - Do not expect to be paid as promised or on time. The company has been perpetually in credit mode w.r.t. employee payments. Issues with cash flow and being a services businesses employees fund the business. Even the PFs (Provident funds) and ESI (state healthcare) are deducted as employee contribution are not deposited to government or not deposited in time. A sad scenario for employees across cadre. Unfortunate but true. Could be a 5 Star company otherwise with simply employee payment practice improvement.

There is nothing positive in the company

Salary comes in parts even they not pay salary of some developer. CEO have no vision just copy paste previous project no learning
