I worked at Aston Martin full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Working for, what should be a top class British manufacturer. Amazing cars.

    Cons

Well engineered cars badly built due to managers who hide or ignore faults to get cars out the door to meet targets. Aggressive attitude of production managers towards people who don't comply with shoddy work practices. C.E.O. who turns a blind eye to poor build quality and issues raised by employees.

I worked at Aston Martin full-time for more than a year

    Pros

New models & challenges to reach.

    Cons

Hired as a permanent role but made redundant as I have introduced the facilities & improvements within a year. Old Management politics and jealousy put me in aa fragile condition.
