    Pros

Astrazeneca is an excellent company and from personal experience I can say that this is one of the best pharmaceutical companies to work for. The senior management has a great vision for growth not only for the company but also the employees and they provide support in every possible way to help realize their goals. I am very happy to be part of this company.

    Cons

So far no cons that I can report.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing. It works great right now...
