Pros
I am sorry but I can't give a single positive rating, this company needs to do some serious soul searching.
Cons
No autonomy, zero flexibility, micro management, surveillance, unrealistic objectives, toxic culture and low morale. They can't keep any staff for longer than 6 months to 1 year and that is very convenient for them as they never have to pay anyone commission or for any annual leave or sick leave or any other benefits.

Grateful to have experience at Astron, consisting of a dedicated team with a drive and passion for what they do. Amazing atmosphere with the opportunity for growth, working alongside and with, a diverse range of people who are happy to share ideas, problem solve and work towards innovation in IT Infrastructure and customer relationships.
Cons
No cons I can think of, if you notice anything you can bring it up. If you feel like there’s a process, document, system, etc that has an issue or needs updating, you can bring it up or take the initiative to work on your own solutions and pitch them.
