Pros

Nice office in the heart of tlv

Cons

Where can I start from. A place that leads to anxiety attacks, too stressful. Too many requests from Gil, the CEO, during unconventional times, and need to be done by proxy. Outside freelance vendors who take full ownership on projects. Too many politics and issues between departments, poor marketing leadership that their problems affected all employees in the department. Every mistake that was made by the company considered as: this is the life in a startup. Lack of basic knowledge that a Head of Content needs to know to get into this kind of position. In two words? Stay away. In 6 words? Stay away for your own health. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. This is the worst place I worked for.

Pros

Located at the center of Tel-Aviv.

Cons

This negative atmosphere seemed to permeate from the hiring process through to the daily work routine. Work-life balance, unfortunately, was notably poor, with an expectation of overtime at all costs. One notable aspect was the prevalence of political discussions and unhealthy competition among departments, employees, and management. This created a counterproductive and stressful atmosphere, leading to a lack of fulfillment. Additionally, there appeared to be a struggle in effectively implementing agile processes, resulting in continuous stress and frustration.

Pros

The office location is central.

Cons

The worst place to work in Israel 'n we live in a fricking war zone.  It starts from the very top and runs deep. If ya gotta choose between this or lower pay or whatnot, save yourself! The "best company to work for," said nobody here ever who wasn't paid or forced to for annual reviews like Dun's 100.
