Pros
Decent base pay for the area, people are nice
Cons
Management is bloated. The place is run like an engineering firm from the 50s with an obsession with hours and clocking in/out. Company is very slow to change and management don't like to listen to employees. Annual pay rises are dreadful.

Pros
Part of a much larger organisation so plenty of opportunities to experience different business functional areas. Business improvements still to be made so chances to make a difference.
Cons

RecommendsI have been working at Atlas Copco full-time
Pros
Highly recognised organisation with excellent resources available. Heavily investing corporation which invests in its employees and subsidiary groups focused on creating and improving profitability. Strict on reporting and processes but there are methods and meanings to those needs.
Cons
Management structure requires review. Too many stages to obtain approval for certain tasks that can be handled by lower tier managers who have the knowledge and experience. Certain times it can be said to many hands on the steering wheel breaking control of communication, processes and teams.

Pros
None, yet to see anything that treats all employees equally across the entire organisation. Company is rife with bullying and harassment that is not taken to task.
Cons
Double standards by HR and General Management. Do as we say not as we do approach. Internal recruitment process goes against advertised internal processes and procedures.
