Atlas really cares about their employees and it shows in how their policies and practices that reinforce having a truly outstanding work environment. The team is extremely collaborative and welcoming.

Cons

It can sometimes be challenging to get information or decisions from higher in the chain in a timely manner to address roadblocks. This can sometimes cause a project that had plenty of time on paper to end up being a bit rushed when the roadblock is eventually resolved.
