      Pros

      Lower level staff are nice people. Christmas party is fun. Canteen on site though vastly overpriced and some awful staff working there.

      Cons

      Management are awful. Us and them mentality. Dreadful pay. Constant cutbacks and low motivation of staff. Huge culture of bullying and perception based judgement of people. No direction or leadership. Hans Meijer is the lead bully and also the country manager, which tells its own story.

      nice location, decent canteen, and can work from home a few times a week.

      Cons

      no staff development lots of favouritism boring and repetive same thing every day no fun, robotic
