      No good to say.Aslong politics works here,there is no pros to tell

      Cons

      Worked as Test Engineer.Only polictis works here..wastage of hard work.Even no/not much hike is there for most QA members. One of the QA lead mainly plays politics.

      Talks the latest buzz words Seems to be business driven and boasts a flat structure and transparency. Claims and promises high opportunity and oversells a lot

      Cons

      Management can never be trusted. The CPO runs the dirty politics. Appease him and you simply run high on ladder. Better understand the marvel and DC world to appease him. The CTO and CEO are in their own virtual world and they behave as though they don't know anything of your problems.

      Actually there is no pros to write..The only one adv is flexible timing...

      1.Partiallity n Politics 2.Irritating PM and TL s 3.Worst management 4.Bad working culture 5.Considering employees as slaves 6. No increment 7. High work pressure 8.Late night works 9.No consideration or care for women employees in the case of late night works n all 10.Useless human resource department 11.Only show off will work,hardwork will not work 12. No value for employee's concern
