Pros

Gained hands-on experience managing IT systems for multiple clients. Supportive management, flexible work setup, and great exposure to real-world technical challenges.

Cons

High-volume client requests at times made multitasking challenging, but it improved my problem-solving and time management skills.

Pros

For those that mention. “No work at home policy” being a con are usually the ones that don’t know how to work from home. Working from home doesn’t mean, washing dishes, making dinner, emptying out your dishwasher or going for a run. It means just what it says…. WORK!!! Audcomp is flexible with work from home as long as there is a good reason for it and you’re productive in doing so. - no caps on commission! The more money you make the company, the more you make in commission. Do your job and you paid for doing it! - not territory based selling. If you want to sell to somebody in the Yukon…. Go for it!!

Cons

Management does get involved a bit too much -again do your job and they will stay off your back. I think this is for any organization. Common sense
