      Pros

      There are not too many positive things to talk about this company. Yes, they had a good technology and came up with an excellent market to go after.

      Cons

      The company is a mess. Check their history. They have hired and fired so many executives. They have no company culture. If you are not part of the "inner circle" you can and will be fired.

      Pros

      Good technology, good facilities and some good people. Little direction and a lot of management firing every quarter.

      Cons

      CEO should have been fired years ago…Board is asleep at the wheel while CEO loses $10-15M a Qtr. Every product is delayed and has new features dropped to meet customer schedules. The engineering side is not efficient and does not develop product to meet OEM's yearly release schedules

      Pros

      Good people. Great market to be in; voice interaction and communication is an industry experiencing accelerated growth.

      Cons

      Company salaries are not competitive to hire the best people/engineers in the industry. Benefits do not include 401k matching. Too many meetings with little agreement on strategy. Only real product is close talk noise suppression (which is about the same from 4 years ago.)
