      Pros

      Initially, you’re promised “autonomy” and a “concerted effort” in improving diversity & inclusion/operational efforts via several “anonymous” surveys. Promised remote opportunities yet somehow need to be in the area (???).

      Cons

      At the time of the pandemic, there was a consistent dismissal of its seriousness which was conflicting to their blatant PPP fraud. As public record states, Audienz received a sizable loan. At that time, we were promised that we were at a RECORD profit, so much so we all received a $500 bonus. Within months, many people were laid off. Not a company to trust in the slightest.

      Was a great place to work - great culture, camaraderie, interesting clients.

      Cons

      Low pay, long hours, and no relief. Really took a nose dive after the original partners sold the company.
