I have been working at Autino full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Modern office with all an employee needs (including table tennis, decent coffee!) Great ambition and responsive driven leaders The people are great on all levels People around the business with great experience Work life balance is good Plenty of challenges Has backing of BP Castrol Centrally located with nearby shops gym the Oracle etc Great cycle facilities Breakfast provided regular meetings Management trying very hard to engage with staff of all levels and great, genuine strive to make Autino a great place to work ISO accredited Management not afraid to try new processes if existing ones do not work

    Cons

Lack of parking but typical of centrally located business so there is plenty of public transport so not really an issue Company is really ambitious so work pace and daily challenges don't suit all Some mismatch in employee contracts largely due to history of company, challenging to keep everyone happy but the company are responding to these concerns Company is growing but if you are looking for lots of job progression within the same company this may be restricted, but the company is growing fast

Glad you like the new office - as well as being smarter it has more rooms, a great whiteboard wall for SCRUM meetings, funky pink kitchen for the breakfast get togethers, table tennis table and of course a new coffee machine (and free coffee pods!).

I worked at Autino full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Autino is an ambitious company: they are expanding worldwide and growing accordingly. If this appeals to you, you'll probably like Autino. These people know their technology. I found the level of technical skill around the office impressive, from operations to development. The architect team are REALLY good.

    Cons

Being in an adaptive company can be challenging for the people having to adapt. You may thrive on this, but I personally did not. This is a successful company who started with big ambitions and continue to be successful with them. This means lots of hard work amongst priority brutalisation, in favour of delivery. We've all seen this, but with their rate of expansion, Autino have moments where they take it to another level.

Thanks for the review , we are a fast paced and dynamic business so continually changing and adapting but to help take staff on this journey with us we are striving to get better so are currently doing staff surveys, lunches with the CEO, fortnightly breakfast updates (with free bacon sandwiches), setup a group of staff called the Beacons to improve the environment for staff and provide a conduit for feedback via another route back to the management team, so all ears are open and we are committed to keep getting better.

Thanks for the review, we are growing up so have introduced relevant processes, enough for us to get ISO9001 and ISO27001 certified which we are proud of. The great new office has some parking but we are now really close to public transport (bus and train) and the centre of Reading for shopping and entertainment.

I have been working at Autino full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I joined Autino coming from world's largest automotive software developer. The reason Autino was so attractive was pure and simple. Uniquely, Autino has a premium product offering that services the automotive aftersales industry today but, more importantly, the research & development going into the next generation of products means we'll be taking a range of products to market tomorrow's industry can only dream of. Autino employs globally recognised thought leaders that are playing an intrinsic role in helping deliver the immense change the industry is currently experiencing. There's also a great comradery amongst us and we're regularly encouraged to be creative and have a good work/life balance.

    Cons

Autino are an expanding business located in the heart of Reading. Parking is always at a premium, the early bird catches the worm! Being a smaller business has its benefits, but it also has disadvantages. On occasion, we have to make challenging strategic decisions largely because of the unprecedented industry change. This isn't always popular but is always well considered with the customers at the heart of every decision. I also have to commute from Cambridge, although not every day as I spend a considerable amount of time with customers, this commute can be tiring.

I have been working at Autino full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Autino is backed by Castrol/BP and has a range of innovative SaaS solutions for the automotive aftermarket. We are currently working on a number of global projects which will see this business double in size in the next 2 years. If you are a motivated, passionate, articulate and results driven person, who has the customer in mind at all times, Autino is the place to come and excel.

    Cons

As part of the Leadership Team, it is our responsibility to deliver 5 stars in every rating category. We recognise that whilst Autino is a great place to work, there is always room for improvement. We can and will get better and welcome you to join us in shaping our culture and the companies future during an exciting time of growth.
