      Pros

      Excited to be part of an organisation that is growing and the opportunities that arise. Fantastic people. Incredibly warm and welcoming team. Strong values-based culture focused on enhancing the employee experience.

      Cons

      No real cons. Typical challenges exist that face a company coming out of start-up and going into a more disciplined growth phase.

      Pros

      It’s a fast-moving, energetic environment with a genuinely motivated and high-quality team. The technology is actually different in a good way to the market competitors, and there’s a real sense that the work you're doing makes an impact. There’s plenty of room to grow if you’re someone who likes to get stuck in and take initiative. No passengers!

      Cons

      Like any business going through growth, there are times we’re stretched a bit thin. It can be a juggle, and it’s important to keep checking in on team capacity and focus. Not for the faint of heart.
