Before all this happened, the president of the company:
•Wouldn't let ANYONE work from home pre Covid
•Made employees stand during the national anthem at company every meeting(fired a BLACK woman for not standing)
•Never gave hourly employees raises in 5+ years
•Sent out emails at 4am expecting people to answer
•Used homophobic slurs MORE than once in an all company meeting
•Called out an employee for their alternative lifestyle choices in a company meeting
•Told an employee to change their honeymoon or get fired
Professional development was non existent.
Once on Salesforce, outside consultants STILL were not on Salesforce after 8years(they were Dinosaurs looked as the saviors of the company while NBD was treated poorly).
They also had an Salesforce admin that started in the cafeteria and was promoted because she was the daughter of the receptionist, all the whole we NEVER used email marketing or sequences OR integrated dialers in Salesforce because President was paranoid about proprietary information.
The entire sales team and coaches never were never on the same Salesforce communication channel and were never encouraged to work together.
Coaches are treated well because they keep clients spending money, but they work an easy 60 hours a week.
Senior managers looked the other way. I haven't even mentioned the Sexual Harassment and Wrongful Termination suits settled out of court, must have been 10 or more.
Son of former CEO was with the company, amazing educator, salesperson but was thrust into management, whether he struggled to manage or his hands were tied because of hire management it wasn’t a good situation.
In 2019 company was sold to Driven Brands, who here has a 1.9 rating, mostly for treating employees poor.
When Covid hit they cut employees in 1/2 despite being a supposed solid financial company.
As long as the president, and the 2 30+ yr VP's are there, the company will not care about their humans.
Finally, and reviews on here of 5 are/were forced by Director of Coaching to up the online reputation because it was poor.
