Pros
Meet a lot of great selfless people working here. Opportunity to help disadvantaged in community. Meet good people there too. You will move up within company if someone likes you. Good 7-4 job to balance home/work. Good starter job but move quickly. Paid for school.
Cons
Upper management staff is not ethical or professional. Unorganized, unpredictable, corrupt, manage people in lower positions based on whether you are liked or not. They will move you around(location)if you aren't liked, or if it is to their advantage. Hard to get a raise, get everything in writing and document everything if you decide to take a chance. Positions are given not earned.
