      - Small enough company with the ability to provide an agile engineering and product development team - Immense potential for their cloud enablement platform to serve various verticals in the N.A. market

      Cons

      - Unclear sales strategy in North America (N.A.) - Lack of coordination between marketing and sales to drive leads or market interest - Short of any N.A. branding or initiatives - Disjointed European and N.A. product development and support when deep into client sales cycles

      - The CEO is a bully who doesn't respect anybody, not even in the management team - He gives fake promises, he lies and threatens people by email - Terrible culture, everyone is clearly scared and disengaged - Passive agressive leadership style - No tools, no database, no Linkedin SN as promised - Very weak onboarding and training - No processes and support in place - Micromanaging style - Product is not sellable

      Don't Be Fooled By the Name Change

      Convenient Downtown Location. That's it, nothing else.

      Cons

      This miserable company used to be called Solgenia. They thought they could make all the bad reviews go away by changing their name. Don't be fooled by it. It's still the same sorry outfit run by incompetent buffoons who barely even speak English. Don't even send an application in, the pay is so low it will make you cry. Not to mention that their Saas solutions are nothing more than warmed-over freeware that doesn't even work. Oh, and they don't have any customers either.
