      Forward thinking tech with outdated management

      - The director of software engineering was a great boss - A lot of staff that really cares about the product

      Cons

      - They claim to be "agile" but all planning was done mainly waterfall style - Upper management is out of touch with how to develop software and doesn't actually listen to people who are directly working with the software - There are no merit based raises. If your salary is deemed average for the area, you won't get a cent more

      Pros

      This company has a lot of potential to grow, but won't fulfill it. If you live in Muskegon, their new office is very nice.

      Cons

      The company is very "old school" and bureaucratic. Things move slowly and it feels like the upper management is greedy.

      Pros

      There are a few people who truly care and want to do right by the customer and are team players.

      Cons

      Culture is toxic, many people in management positions who tear down and handcuff employees rather than lead teams. Lack of transparency with employees and customers. Change is slow and often too little to late.
