Salary has been paid in time

People are treated as numbers and disposed of like used napkins, the targets set belong to a world where glittery unicorns populate the earth, employees' lifes are made miserable by new software that is like the Hydra - one glitch is resolved only for two new ones to arise to replace it. Leadership focuses on petty details instead of addressing the real issues and everyone is expected to be positive despite the fact... that nothing works and nothing is done to make it work. Any constructive criticism from employees is received, only to be thrown in the bin the second you turn your back. But mostly anything you say is ignored.

Positive and dynamic CEO. Good and interesting client base. Some financial perks.
Cons
Too many to mention. Highly ineffective management; when I asked for help I received no support. We were made to write positive glass door reviews - we were NOT given a choice. The only reason I am leaving this negative review is to fairly mitigate against some of these forced positive reviews. If your face fits and you mix in the right circles, you will be fine.
Advice to Management
Highly ineffective in many areas but this has been very valuable in helping me strive in my current management position to try and become everything my previous manager wasn't.

Good company to work for with encouragement from management to grow within the business. Great staff globally who are always willing to help. Fun and exciting times to be working with a company that is growing fast.
Cons
Communication across all global offices are getting much better but still need to improve on processes and procedures so that they mirror head office.
