I worked at Avis Budget Group full-time

    Pros

Good benefits - healthcare, pension etc. Newly refurbed office

    Cons

"Innovation" is attached to any project within the company to make it seem like they're moving forwards when in reality, they're always on the back foot and creating apps that have been around for years. As with most large corporates, there is a serious lack of company culture. Nobody talks to each other. The blame culture is rife at ABG and it's very common for other teams to try to pin something on you rather than take responsibility. There are several people in the company that get paid large sums of money and don't actually do any work. After raising issues about my work/life balance and lack of support formally several times, nothing was done.

I worked at Avis Budget Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good benefits, they pay for your gas in the car they provide.

    Cons

Hours are extremely ludicrous, they expect you to work 90+ hours and be on call 24/7. They also expect you to work while driving.

I have been working at Avis Budget Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good benefits and co-workers are pretty awesome

    Cons

Management is unrealistic when it comes to scheduling. Consistently short staffed and expect you to pick up slack. ABG is only concerned about investors and disregards the morale of all operations employees.
