    Negative Outlook
    No Opinion of CEO

I have been working at Aviva for more than a year

    Pros

The company has great working patterns and good share save schemes, but when you look deeper, everything is there to benefit the company not you

    Cons

There is institutional bullying, a cliquey dinosaur feeling on the teams and it does not help you learn, grow or develop your talent.
