    Pros

It looks good on your CV

    Cons

People are unwilling to take ownership of tasks. The company is so large with a constant turnover of staff/redundancies. You feel like a small cog most of the time.

    Advice to Management

Look at the longer term plan and not just the short term profits to impress the CEO.

    Pros

Great pension and the people are great
