    Pros

Embraces diversity at all levels CSR strategies well worked on Good supportive, empowering leaders if you know what you're doing(in my experience, barring a few obviously) Some really great people you can learn from - I've known some who've been at Aviva their entire lives Great London office, cafe/canteen is brilliant London head office is impressive and has a massive auditorium which is also used for supporting community/charity related events

    Cons

Super complex structures A few bad eggs make things difficult Other regional offices neglected, some offices have miserable working conditions with people sitting very close to each other Travel policies are very stringent Office politics overrides talent (from personal experience) Different functions are very protective, hindering collaboration at times Time consuming legacy processes that need a refresh

    Pros

Great benefits and salary is ok. There are some nice people.

    Cons

Bullying seems to be normal in HR. Some people get away with doing no work and others are left to pick up everything. Often overworked but this is the norm for big companies.

    Pros

A great company which supports you and provides great personal benefits. Team working and the ability to work from home.

    Cons

Internal promotions can take some time as a lot of employees do stay in their roles for long length of service. This is not such a Con as it shows that the company is one where people are happy in their roles.
