    I worked at Aviva full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    -Good and generally supportive team.
    -Many programs offered.

    Cons

    -LOW pay (~$40-55k/year) (ps., they always low-ball you upon hire... negotiate!);
    -BILL, PRODUCE, etc. This is all that matters to management.
    -Management is disconnected, although they make attempts to appear interested.

    Advice to Management

    To start, living wages are important for the well-being of your mental health staff. Without that, you will continue to have turnover.
