Like all agencies, they need reminding on pay You are paid by an umbrella company, so ask for more to cover this unnecessary expense to you (and their way of avoiding employer's national insurance)

Severe micromanagement - 4 managers in a team of 9 -all of which like to talk poorly of fellow colleagues creating a toxic environment Heavy workload - managing 2 people’s worth of work on your own Call targets which seemed irrelevant to job Commission unachievable - told you can earn £3k a year but average seems to be around £600

Pros
The team are very nice and there are always job available. You can work whenever you are free or in your own time, no pressure. Some schools allow you to work longterm part time for them still through the agency, and some may even hire you full time for them so you will work for them instead of the agency. Good starting pay, which increases after working with them for a while.
Cons
Most communication with the schools is via the agency and not directly, but that might not be such a con.
