Pros
Good pay, competitive health benefits, great group of coworkers on the local level, company working on improving. Challenging work environment, safety first environment
Cons
Company processes slow down daily work progress. It's hard to get things done out side of the operations group. Not enough maintenance folks to keep up with work orders. No retirement health insurance.

Axiall has a great work environment with very self motivated people. There is lots of room for growth and they take care of you in terms of pay and benefits.

There was no formal training, but managers and their teams did a good job answering questions.
