Shady business practices. I had to check my pay each week. Discrepancies in pay are too common of an event. My manager Ali Khalid is not the mentor type. He is definitely a slippery salesperson. Overselling the company's capabilities. I left after 6 months. Departments do not communicate with one another. It's complete chaos at best.

They believe in providing opportunities and having faith in people. They always appreciate individuals through increments and promotions for those who work hard. They have a strong belief in the development of their team. I joined Axiom World as an intern and received three consecutive promotions. During that time, I learned a lot and eventually left Axiom as a Senior Software Engineer. My total tenure at Axiom was three years. One thing I liked most about Axiom was that their CTO and CEO, not the Chairman, always welcomed criticism from employees. This is something I have never seen in any other organization.

Cons

Axiom needs to expand its focus to include new technologies rather than limiting itself to just one or two domains. The company should also improve its employee benefits, such as provident funds and gratuity.
