Pros
Among the smaller of the big banks of India, with room to grow; generally a good work atmosphere.
Cons
As with most large organisations, people more concerned about playing politics than doing their job well; some of the very senior management are plain simple incompetent to do their jobs but great at managing percpeptions and getting promotions. Lots of people who are a waste of time and money manage to get rewarded.
