    Pros

Big company positives, varied benefits, average pay, many locations, not too corporate environment, lots of ex Military

    Cons

Invest in your existing employees and allow them to move sideways to gain new skills or they will leave to do so.

    Pros

Interesting and complex problems related to using the latest technology in a submarine environment.
