Lunches here are really good and working here was an eye opening experience. You will hear a lot about career growth here, but frankly nothing will ever happen.
Cons
- you must commit to work 1000 unpaid overtime hours per year - ad hoc management, everything is done at the last minute - abusive and incompetent manager excels in ways of getting rid of the responsibility when situation is not favourable to him - promises made are rarely kept - bad communication - high turnover - inefficient HR politics
