Pros

good business model, good people in Rochester, London office full of yes men/.girls, heaven help anyone who tries to get anything done after 12:00..

Cons

owner is obscene, he's read the first paragraph of everybody's book!loves to think he's the alpha, sleeps all afternoon, absolute ostrich who loves a bit of blame to assert his dominance and divert his lack of energy.

Pros

Pay can be good, but is not worth the hassle.

Cons

Terrible working conditions, dirty, humid, extremely unorganized, and quite frankly outright dangerous! Terrible management skills, ridiculous show off cheap skate director (CEO), poor computer systems and software, demoralizing environment, incorrect pay on nemorous occasions. Throwing away a brillient business due to pathetic and childish management skills and lack of values, plenty of better rivals now who do a better job and will not mess you around like these morons!

Everything. Terrible CEO, failing company, no morale. Recent positive reviews on here have to be fake.
