Lack of culture, understaffed, poor coordination between offices in Canada and Jakarta, no improvement in process or organizational structure. Multiple Head Managers, Directors, and VPs have left in the past year or more, none of them have been replaced, and it seems that internal promotions are not even considered. Executive management doesn't know basics of mobile strategy or app development techniques. Focus is often on minor issues or getting insignificant details absolutely perfect, and focus shifts before anything is actually finished.. No "Big Picture" outlook, or at least none communicated to staff. Despite claims, they're not agile, they're not a startup. Seems like the CEO's biggest concern is that the whiteboards stay clean.
