      Pros

      Good management and support, tasks and expectations were very well estimated. Friendly atmosphere at the office.

      Cons

      Personal preference, but working on high-rise condo buildings is a bit repetitive. I was glad to also be on a few more exciting midrise projects,

      Great people, can negotiate to work on different phases, if you get into the right team, you will enjoy it, nice office

      Cons

      Have to speak up in order to get experience in different projects/phases, have to push for raises, became corporate, lots of HR guidelines etc
