Amazing sick leave, holiday, maternity/paternity policies and benefits. I love working from home, and the people in my team.
Cons
Everything else. There is no job security, - there have been restructures every year for the last few years. The Execs are incredibly detached from the rest of the organisation. The organisation is making a significant loss, and everyone is concerned about the financial situation. The Execs keep referring to a plan to get us back on track, but fail to share the actual plan with us. They have been dismissive of our concerns. The entire workforce is over worked, very pressurised and change-fatigued. Everyone is feeling frustrated and they either are looking for jobs, or are considering it. They have scrapped the staff forum and CSR programmes, and are censoring employee feedback / the questions they answer. I am really concerned that BHSF won’t be here next year, especially considering the rich history of the organisation.
