Pros

No Pros, There is no work-life balance, and the deadlines are often unrealistic. The constant pressure can be exhausting, leaving you mentally and physically drained most of the time.

Cons

Employees often feel insecure due to the lack of job stability and transparency. The company culture is not very healthy or employee-friendly. Many of the recent positive reviews appear misleading and do not genuinely address the actual concerns faced by employees. It seems like there is a deliberate effort by the management to improve the company’s overall rating rather than focusing on resolving real issues.
