RecommendsApproves of CEOI worked at BMW Group UK full-time for less than a year
Pros
This was an undergraduate placement at BMW, the team I worked with were brilliant and very supportive, I would highly recommend. Their UK office is also very modern and a lovely place to work.
Cons
A little more flexibility with working from home would have been beneficial.

RecommendsPositive OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI have been working at BMW Group UK full-time for more than 10 years
Pros
Best car scheme on the market, supporting and welcoming company with lovely people.
Cons
lower overall salaries as cars are included as part of package, lack of real innovation as beholden to BMW AG restrictions. Real lack of proper diversity at head office. Progression is difficult once you get passed middle management.

Doesn't RecommendI worked at BMW Group UK full-time
Pros
If you’re ambitious & without morals the Oxford MINI factory is the place to get ahead.
Cons
This is a toxic environment whereby you will be exploited to a hostile & degrading environment if you don’t conform. The culture is based on a foundation of corruption, bullying & sexual harassment. The HR function is incestuous. The Christmas parties are an opportunity to check your morals at the door & sleep with colleagues. It’s okay though what happens on a workshop or party stays on tour & naive spouses never know. It’s a known fact if you fancy misbehaving tag along to a HR function. Young talent is objected to the leers of middle aged unwashed men considered HR professionals who get off on unwitnessed touches here and there. Hardly a great way to start your career. Parents & universities do not support you relatives working here it will de value & ruin them. The company loves to feel they own their “associates” like a pair of old shoes. Decision making is based on point scoring rather than adding value.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at BMW Group UK full-time for less than a year
Pros
Free food and drink. Nothing else
Cons
Chaos. Disorganised. Mistreatment if temporary staff. Being sworn at by an absolute aggressive unprofessional chavvy idiot just because I asked her for help being new in the role. Very little training & support. Pulled from pillar to post.
Pros
Varied work good rate of pay
Cons
Long hours to earn good salary
