Negative OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at BNP Paribas Real Estate full-time for less than a year
Pros
The benefits are so good at times it feels like a pensioners waiting room. Lots of middle aged men holding on for a few more years of pension contribution, yet contributing nothing towards the future of the business. Great bunch of young grads, but sadly they will leave the business for bigger and better things.
Cons
The ‘leadership’ of the business manage to effectively navigate a narrow path between incompetence and ambivalence, without the need for any strategic thinking. Untruths when recruited: the bank do not work closely with the real estate business, and the Strutt and Parker merger was not a success.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at BNP Paribas Real Estate full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
It's an international company with backing from a huge parent entity. Resources available if deployed. Huge international reach and incredible strength and dominance in home markets.
Cons
Archaic management style from the very top. Slow to act. Culturally unaware. Very good at making very poor decisions.

"Awful Company - very disorganised"

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at BNP Paribas Real Estate full-time for less than a year
Pros
good office location - nothing else.
Cons
Company is run inefficiently, and little governance/accountability of managers. Very disorganised, haphazard approach to the work. No trust or mutual respect for other team members - you are required to re-do work completed elsewhere in the business simply because the management doesn't trust them. Line managers are also rude, and expect you to adapt to them rather than learning a politer approach themselves. It's no surprise that the company has been consistently making a loss, really. They are understaffed in most departments so you are expected to take on the stress of more than 1 persons workload, or be penalised. Company suggests it promotes a good work life balance, but line managers penalise you for only working contracted hours, and they won't pay overtime. Salary is also below average, and annual increases/bonuses are rarely honoured! Company is also behind the times - IT systems are very very poor. You can't even connect to the shared drives from meeting rooms within the office, let alone from other locations. Working from home is also 'frowned upon'.
