I worked at BNY Mellon full-time

    Pros

Teams are very closely knit which gives a very homely experience at work. Not many egos to deal with. Managers are very approachable and helpful with any aspect of work or work life balance which you want addressed.

    Cons

Predominantly night shifts, some teams need a change in CPUs in terms of an upgrade.

I have been working at BNY Mellon full-time for more than a year

    Pros

This company does lots for D&I and has its heart in the right place. Decent pay and a great set of benefits. Great people throughout.

    Cons

Work life balance isn’t a thing in some areas of the bank. Note this is not all parts of the company, I have friends who work significantly less hours.
